Return Policy

Items can be returned/exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery date with the following conditions:

  • All merchandise must be unworn and unused.

  • All tags must be attached to the product.

  • Outgoing and return shipping charges are not refunded.

  • We will credit your original method of payment (minus the shipping charges). Once your return arrives, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • If your mala breaks within 90 days, please contact us so we can restring or replace your piece.

All returns must obtain a shipping label from Mountain Mala Co. Please use the "Contact" page or email info@mtnmala.com to initiate a return.

When a Mala Breaks

It is traditionally thought that if a mala breaks you have completed the intention that was set for that piece. It is seen as a sign of good luck and spiritual growth. If this happens within 90 days of purchase, please contact us.
